All values apply when both the pouring height and the pouring temperature are sufficient. All values apply for filters with a porosity of PPI 10.

Excellent temperature resistance

Cerazirk® ZrO2 filter are temperature-resistant up to 1700°C

Chemical resistance

The filters can also be used in magnesium casting because of their chemical resistance.

Mechanical strength

They are also suitable for large iron castings with higher casting weights because of their strength.
